Known superhuman powers: Footloose is a speedster through and through. His top speed hasn’t been calculated, but some of his teammates in the Peacemakers have hypothesized that he may be able to move as fast if not faster than the superhero Sol, who can move at the speed of light.

History: Footloose is the grandson of Lady Zip Zip, a founding member of the Peacemakers. When he was a teenager his inherited speedster powers expressed themselves and he served as a sidekick under the name Johnny Zip Zip, but retired the name as soon as he was legally able to do so.
