Known superhuman powers: Pogram has enhanced speed, strength, reflexes, superhuman senses and intelligence. He is considered the supreme and perfect Soviet soldier. His skin can resist most gunfire and minor energy weapons.

Weapons: Pogram is a highly trained hand to hand combatant and is competent with most martial weapons and firearms. He prefers to use his hands as much as possible but is not averse to using any weapon that is at hand to accomplish his goals.

History: came into this world in the early 90’s as part of last ditch effort by a failing soviet union. Has been active as a villain after the fall of USSR. Team of supers went to where he was “made” to find out more about him. Discovered he wasn’t made, but was brought over to this Earth from another reality. Apparently a portal was created through the use of magic and soviet technological endeavors.

He is a eugenicist and exterminates those he sees as weak and is trying to breed a new soviet master race.
