Known superhuman powers: Bosun has the ability to control the physical actions of other people by whistling. Frequently Bosun will employ a metal whistle to enhance his accuracy and as an affectation, but can produce the same controlling abilities by whistling with his lips or using his fingers to his mouth. Many times his adversaries have mistaken his whistles as the source of his abilities and assumed him powerless when they've broken or taken the whistles away. Individuals with a strong willpower can sometimes resist his control powers either overcoming his ability straightaway or after a few minutes of conscious struggle.
